"Yes you will have too" Rain said as she moved closer to Nakuro and put on her sunglasses. "Maybe next time I stare Eric down I'll have to have these on" Rain said and noticed the door was shut. "Great we must have a sub" she said. "Have fun in your next class" Rain said and kissed Nakuro on the cheek and sat down next to the new kid. "Hello new kid, I'm Rain" she said introducing herself.

Cory turned to look at the person who had just sat beside him. He shifted his bag so as not to block her from being there but also as a nervous habit. He nodded but didn't say anything, his face went to his book bag as he fumbled for his calc book

"So where did you come from" rain asked. She wanted to take off her sunglasses so he would at least be nice to her but she was afraid that he was going to fall in love with her. "I came from a town a little bit smaller then this one and I have a huge family, you should meet them sometime" Rain said and then she could smell his blood running through his veins Nervousness she thought to her shelf. She took a gulp of venom and it burned a little bit.

Cory turned to her
"I tend to keep to myself, it makes moving around easier, no connections with people. I'm Cory Greenberg...my dad moved here a few days ago and just brought me here. Other than that...i don't want to talk about it"
Cory pulled a binder out of his bag and opened it up, inside were detailed drawings of what looked like battle topographic maps
"I'm sorry, that was really rude of me, it's just....most people are your typical bigot when it comes to a new kid, he's weird. I'm just a little angry is all"
He turned to her
" Nice shades by the way"

Nakuro stood in the hallway for a minute, hoping she would behave herself with her glasses whilst he wasn't with her in class. He cleared his throat in the hallway to get her attention, "Rain...he's human. Remember that and I'll see you after class. I love you." He said so only she could hear and then he walked down the hallway to his P.E. class.

Rain nodded her head to Nakuro. "It's ok, people are usally rude to me until I scare them off. Thanks, most of the teachers think I'm blind but I really am not" she said to him. "Well I hope you stay here for a little while, the only friend I have is my boyfriend Nakuro in this school" Rain told him. She saw the teacher walk toward the door and they were still the only ones sitting there.

"Yeah I have calc too why else would I be sitting here and now standing" Rain said. "I don't know the only place that is close to us is Port Angeles to go shopping and all that but that's about it. Oh and some kids play baseball in the rain or go to La Push. Wait I wouldn't advise going to La Push, well you can if you want" RAin said trying not to sound flirty. Why am I flirting with him she shook her head.

"Thank you" she said and smiled. Maybe just this once she could take off her sunglasses. She hated wearing them in school. The Cullen's were used to her by now so she never had to wear them around the whole family. "I only play baseball with my family, I'm more into music" she said showing off what her binder looked like with. It had a whole bunch of band stickers on them.

"that's really funny, I play in a band, guitar, we do remakes of all the old songs....it's kind wacky"
Cory blushed and found a seat in the classroom. He took out his Calc book and opened it up to the next chapter

Rain laughed. "Wow that's so cool, and weird, I play the guitar also" Rain said as she took her normal seat which Cory happened to sit next to. She pulled out her stuff and just took off her sunglasses. The sub was a female so her power wouldn't work, she was so glad. She turned her head and looked at Cory. "So what have you learned in Calc from your old school?" she asked him hopeing he wouldn't look her straight in the eye.

Cory was busy getting his things out so he just talked into his bag as he addressed her
"Most everything I'm going to learn here, we covered, integration, derivatives, work functions, volume of a rotated curve..."
He laughed
"Boring stuff"
He looked up at the board and chuckled
"Great, integration"
