Ted laughed slightly, he wouldn't have used the word 'hanging out', and from her tone she implied she meant something else. Although, what she really meant was a mystery because of her mastery of sarcasm. "What?" He asked with a smirk, "You actually planned on seeing me again?" He asked, he half way meant it too. And was some what thrilled. Seeing the dimple reveal itself on her cheek made him grin. Dimples were cute. Especially on her.
"Well since you insist, I can take time from my busy and important schedule to 'hang out' with you." He said with a wider smile.

Kerrigan grinned. This was her first friend, and so far, it wasn't all that bad. Hopefully it would stay that way; she didn't want to lose him, as cheesy as that sounded. "Place and Time?" she asked, assuming that he knew the safest spots around Forks.

He put a lot of consideration into his choices. Since she seemed to be back with precise directions, that zeroed in his choices, but he wasn't sure exactly where to chose a place. "Perhaps First Beach?" He asked her, "No cliff diving, I promise."

"First Beach is in La Push, right?" she asked. She was new to town, and even though she tried to memorize the map, it was all still a bit fuzzy. "Yeah, I can probably find my way there. What time do you want me to meet you?"

"Yes it is, the main road that goes through the middle of town goes right to it." Ted said with a smile, glad that she would go there. "How about noonish?" He asked, Ted had the tendency to sleep in a little from his long days of patrol.

Kerrigan nodded. "Perfect. Tomorrow then?" she asked, seeing the break in the trees ahead.
She would have to get gas for her neglected car that she almost never drove. The tank was almost empty, and she was sure that the highway would be involved on her way to La Push.

Ted nodded. "Tomorrow is good." Ted didn't have guard duty for two more days so he could get caught up on his sleep too. He heard a car pass by, knowing that it was still to distant for her to hear. "Almost there." He said with a small smile, seeing the road in the break of the trees.

Kerrigan gave a small smile in return to his. She walked with him to the edge of the road, stopping when she broke through the trees. She turned toward Ted. "Er.." she mumbled, brushing the hair from her face. She held up one hand to him awkwardly. Friends shake hands...right?

Ted couldn't hear and cars coming in either direction, which didn't surprise him, and it also made him feel pretty relieved. The thought of Kerrigan getting hit by a car after all that would make him feel horrible for an absolutely long time. But when she stuck her hand out at him, he broke into one of his rare, full lip and teeth smile.
He took her cold human hand with his space heater and shook it a few times. "Nice meeting you Kerrigan, and I'll see you tomorrow." He said, still smiling as he spoke. It was just cute to him how alien she was to friendship. One of the easiest things to have in mankind.

Kerrigan flinched at his warm hand. Not because it scared her, but because she had almost forgotten about how warm he was. He acted so normal that she forgot that she was with a wolf.
After a quick moment to compose herself, she shook his hand back, smiling. "You are much warmer than I thought." she said. "And it was nice meeting you as well, Ted." With one last smile, she dropped her hand and crossed the street when it was clear of cars. As she walked slowly down the street, she couldn't help wondering what crazy things would occur tomorrow. Maybe pigs would fly.
((If you want, I will start a thread in La Push, unless you want to.))

Ted smiled at her comment. "A consent one hundred and eight degrees." He responded, letting his hand fall when she dropped it. As she crossed the road he turned a full one hundred eighty degrees and loped back into the forest, with a flick of his wrist his shorts slid down around him and he rolled them up and tied them in the leather cord around his ankle and he turned silently. Running through the woods at his full speed back to his house. He heard one of the newer people in their form but kept his thoughts to himself, focusing mainly on the forest in front of him as he made his way to his house for some sleep.
((ur.....you can. Its Ted's MO to arrive late *shrug*))

a crack in the distance resounded throughout the forest. Kerrigan stood up only to slump down again. Blood, brain matter and skull fragments spraying across the tree stump behind her, she had been shot you see, because she was a stupid emo sleeper.

Yes. Hello, Vanhelsing. You see, there are a few problems with your... role play, if that is what it's called. First, this thread is no longer active, this role play has moved. Second, you cannot kill someone automatically, you must let them reply. And, Third, I am not a..."Stupid Emo Sleeper."
It was lovely speaking with you. Well, not really..
