She shrugged. "No, not really. I can not hear them and they can't hear me.... only Sam when he is close. I do not have pack, but I live with them." She explained with a small smile.

Mauggy shrugged. "It is like one big family, like the Cullen's have. I hear vampires sometimes have powers, do you?" She asked looking into his eyes curiously, a small smile on her lips.

Mauggy looked away for a moment, her cheeks darkened red at his words. "Th-that is..." She trailed off, her big brown eyes jumped to his and smiled faintly. "Thank you. A compliment coming from someone such as yourself means a lot." Her hands folded in front of her and she bowed her head to him slightly.

Mauggy smiled back at him, her hands were still clasped in front of her. She looked around for a moment, not really sure what to say. She let her eyes trail back over to Rylyn, where she smiled again, "I am glad I met you." She told him, not really sure why she did, but then she sat down and patted the ground in front of her. "Sit please? I may not be human, but I do need to sit."

"Mongol Russia, or Northern Russia?" Mauggy asked cautiously. She was nintey percent Chinese, it was in her DNA to hate Mongols. She smiled faintly though, to show him she was only kidding slightly. "I have lived here for two weeks." She told him honestly. "Sam is helping me with my English, but it still not good. Not enough."
