The Cullens are exposed. Stephenie Meyer's books have entered their world. Aro's doing damage controll, but some humans still know. Some of these humans want to be friends with them, some don't care, some want to eliminate them. However the danger, the CUllens choose to remain in Forks. THey don't know how else they can handle it. Periodically, there are specially talented mind sweeping vampires that clear some, but some strong willed humans find a way around and mahem starts up again. JOIN THE FUN....
