Rain walked into the woods. She told Nakuro to meet her at a certain time in the woods so they could hunt together. But he was running late. Maybe Alice made him stay to try on different tuxes. She hoped that wasn't the reason. She could smell a deer and some humans near by. The humans smelt so good but she had to control herself until Nakuro got there.

Nakuro let out a small breath. Alice.... sheesh. He told her several times he didn't care what he looked like. But she insisted that he at least let her fix his hair for the wedding, and then he agreed she made him try on seventeen different tuxedos that all looked the same to him, but she swore they were different.
"Sorry Rain. Are you ready to go hunting now?" He asked her, linking his fingers in hers for a moment. It was almost unfair how much he missed her for every second he didn't see her.

"Indeed, let me guess Alice made you try on a million tuxes like she did with me trying on a million dresses until she found one to go with my blue eyes?" Rain asked as she felt Nakuro's warmth passing through her hand. When he got there the human smell went away. "I missed you" she said.

"A million and one, if I remember correctly." Nakuro sighed, "I missed you too." He told her, kissing her lightly. "Are you ready to go hunting now?"

Rain smiled and nodded her head. "I smell something really good" she said pointing her nose toward where the human smell was coming from.

Nakuro titled his head up into the air and smelt the human. "He quickly turned his head so he wouldn't do anything. He was trying his hardest to commit to the Cullen life, but almost three hundred years feasting on humans was a hard habit to break in two months. He looked Rain in the eyes and felt better instantly.
"We don't eat humans, honey. Let's go and look for a bear, ok?"

Rain smiled at Nakuro and turned to the woods to see if she could smell a bear but all she could smell was the humans. "They smell so good though Nakuro" she said.
