I just finished all 3 books and my heart will not stop racing!! WOW! Nothing has touched me like this in a long time. Maybe even ever.
Ok, so here are some questions/observations: * Why doesn't she want to marry Edward? I mean I know it was "explained" in the book, but I can't understand or relate. She wants to spend eternity with this man, but won't marry him? Bella is not exactly the type to care much for what others think. So what exactly is holding her back? When you are that much in love, others opinions don't matter.
* How can she really "love" Jacob? How can she have the kind of love that you can not live without and still "love" someone else? It makes her seem flighty to me which upsets me cause I love Bella. It just makes her seem so unsure of her choice and I fear she will back out at the last minute. I hope is just young and silly, but I'm worried. Does she deserve Edward? I hate to ask, but I can't help myself.
Dying for book 4 and the movie!!
Please let me know your thoughts.

Bella doesn't hold a lot of fate in marriage, she doesn't like the idea, especially a young marriage. I think part of it has to do with Renee and Charlie, she thinks they would kill her if she got married young. I can kinda relate to her on this, I hate the thought of getting married, even if I was in love. Why? I don't really know, I such don't like the thought of it, I still would want to spend my life with that person, but I wouldn't want to be married until I'm much older.
And for the second, that is something I personally have been trying to figure out myself. This is what I kinda got, when Edward left in New Moon, she truly thought he was never coming back again. She wasn't dating Jacob, but they were close, and without her realizing it, she fell in love. She loves Edward, and I believe more than she could ever love Jacob, but she does have feelings for him. I think though it will pass, as a phase. Does she deserve Edward, yes. They have both done stupid things, but they are meant to be with each other.
Okay, I hope that helps some. I'm not the best at trying to explain things at time....even if it works out in my head.

Thank you for your insight! I agree that she is good enough for Edward. You're right, he's no saint. I just can't imagine being so in love...the love that Bella & Edward share...and still being able to feel things for another man. He doesn't even look at or notice other women (ex: the waitress in Twilight). I just want to be 100% she feels the same way. Ya know?
I pray the next book doesn't let us down :-) I'm sure it won't!

I think Bella doesn't understand fully, she is young, and this is new to her. Edward is over 100 years old, he hasn't fell in love, but he has been waiting for it, something Bella hasn't.
And I'm sure she won't let us down!
