"Ya'll're crazy." Emmett grumbled in his own accent from growing up in Tennessee. He worked hard to keep his twang out of his words, but he was annoyed at the moment that Edward got out of dressing like a fruit like he was forced into. He glared at Alice, blaming her for it completely.
Alice grinned faintly at all of them and giggled at their lingo from the past. Alice hadn't really been apart of the human world at the time so she couldn't enter in on the conversation. "Let's just go because people are staring."

Mabel took Edward's arm with a smirk and then tilted her head, thinking. "Let's give it a lick and a promise, Mr. Ace-high. Let's pony up, skedaddle, shin out. I'm ready to get something fine as cream gravy, as hot as a sleeperhouse on nickle night, something no one will be able to hold a candle to." Mabel smirked at her wording and then looked to Alice.
"Lead the way, grand lady. I'm right behind you," she said with a wink.

Edward grinned at her slang, and put his hand over the hand that held his arm. "Got a new scene hot mamma, maybe you'll jive with it, maybe you'll crash, but no sense jackin' jaws here yeah?" He walked with her, looking down to her with a gin. Who knows, might be fun showing her the ropes. (hey guys, going on vacation for about a week, hopefully can findsome wifi but if not..ya'll have fun )

Emmett let his head drop into his hand at their continued use of slang. He rubbed the insides of his eyes and looked up when he felt a tug on his other arm. Little Alice had started to lead the way out of the store and down the central corridor to the out side, where across the street was a Ford dealership.

Mabel removed her arms from Edward's grasp to clap excitedly as they came to the...car store... She wasn't sure if it had another name. She scramble from car to car, moving ahead of the others as she looked at them all. "I've never been in a car before! They look positively gorgeous!" she trilled, currently drooling over a shining red Corvette.
((Have fun!))

((BACK! Thanks had fun but missed you guys!))
Edward Chuckled as he watched her move from car to car and then rolled his eyes. "Leave it to a woman to come to a Ford Dealership and pick out a Chevy." He couldn't blame her though, even though the vette was in the used section, it still outshone everything else...save for the New Mustangs he mused.

Emmett rolled his eyes at the woman and gravitated immediately to the muscle of the Ford Dealership lot; Jeeps. He gazed through the rows of Wranglers and Rubicons and was practically salivating. Nothing was better off road than a Jeep.
Alice sighed as she looked around, not a porche in sight. "You wanted a red convertable. The mustangs would be over here, that piece of junk wouldn't last two weeks. Chevies are so not reliable. Just ask Bella." That caused Alice to wink at Edward.

Mabel frowned at the others. They convertible looked absolutely delectable, but she was certainly set on a convertible. So she danced back over to Alice, her hands clasped together.
"Okay! Find me shiniest and the fastest!" she said, already spinning around to search for the perfect car.

Edward wondered at the amount of Jeeps on a supposed Ford lot, but then remembered this was Washington, a lot of roads were "off road" here. Catching the wink from Alice, he rolled his eyes and nodded. Bella's old Chevy was a thorn in his side. Seeing Mabel's excitement, he followed the women to the row of shiny new Mustangs, more than one was convertible and more than one was Red. A black one caught his eye and he thought of Zane and Svet and wondered how that was going.

Alice looked around the parking lot for a moment before she followed Edward over to the Mustangs. "You just pick from these, the '09 ones. Not the '06 to '08, Rosalie might kill you. She thinks they look like fish." Alice grinned faintly and then wound her arm around Edward's waist and rested her head on him. She came to just under his shoulder. Alice looked up about to ask him a question when she saw him eying the black mustang that looked similar to the one that has recently been a permanent ornament to their driveway. Alice grinned and looked at it herself, and was graced with a vision of the couple in question joined at the mouth. Teenagers. She laughed quietly.

Mabel squealed as she danced from one car to another, completely ignoring the others.
"This one is perfect! I must have it!" she trilled, metaphorically drooling over a red GT. Her head snapped upwards and she gave another delighted screech. "This one!" she said, running over to a V6, only to stop in her tracks and run to another. "No, this one!"

Edward pulled Alice closer to him and laughed with her seeing the vision of Zane and Svet in her thoughts. "He's...really made a difference huh? She actually smiled at me the other day."
Hearing Mabel he looked back to her and watched as she moved from car to car. "Yup, I remember my first car." He had to chuckle softly at the thought of the Model A. Seems he had been buying Fords for decades.

Alice giggled with a look of surprise. "That's so amazing! I do believe she actually laughed at one of Emmett's jokes as well," Alice confided in him and then looked back at Mabel.
"You just take your time until you find one that really speaks out at you!" She told her, she hadn't yet seen the future to the car Mabel will choose because she kept changing her mind every other second.

"Kay!" Mabel trilled, dancing farther down the maze of new shiny cars. Even without vampire hearing, they would have been able to hear her squeal every now and then every few seconds. She disappeared as she turned the corner, dashing toward another car that had caught her eye.
That's when she saw it. It seemed as if it had came right from her head, the exact way she had pictured it. The bright red paint, removable canvass top, the shiny hubcaps glistening as the car stood on display a few feet in front of her. Mabel's mouth opened and let forth a loud trill as she wiggled over to the car, caressing the hood. "Yes, yes, yes!"
"I see you take a fancy to this one," a husky voice said, and Mabel spun around, curious to who could be behind her. A tall man stood there in a navy blue business coat, complete with bow tie and wrist cuffs. "Yes. I myself prefer the 360 Spider as well. Ferrari's are quite cold blooded," he said, smiling. Mabel almost laughed at the balding spot on his head.
Just then the wind picked up, blowing the mouthwatering scent into Mabel's face. She froze, eyes wide and dark, and a small growl rumbled in her throat. It was amazing, irresistible. It was calling to her, begging her to grab the man in front of her and snap his neck.
She had to have it.

Edward had heard her thoughts and could almost feel her hunger. Like a flash, though very much aware that he should at least act human, he stepped in front of her and held out his hand to the salesman. He hoped Alice had picked up on what was happening and would lead Mabel away.
"Hi there, Edward Cullen. You'll have to excuse my Cousin. She's in the market for her first car and her eyes are a little bigger than her stomach..I mean..her budget." He laughed at his own stupid joke trying to lure the man away from the hungry vampire behind him.
