What did you think about it.
I loved the book! I think it was as good as Twilight and New Moon if not better.

I didn't think it was as good as Twilight or New Moon. Out of five stars, I'd give it a three or four. Jacob seemed to ruin most of the story for me. He was, let's say, a jerk. I love Jacob and I know he must have been feeling pretty bad, since he knew he couldn't win Bella over, but still, I don't think that covers his behaviour.

It was very well written, as usual. But most of the action didn't pick up until further into the book. Maybe I should reread it, just to see if my opinion changes on Jacob. That might make the book better if I liked how Jacob was in the book.

I think it was great. Though I'd have to agree with Writergal that Jacob is indeed a jerk for a large part of the book.

I thought he was a jerk in most of it. But then at the very ended, I felt bad for him .
Edward I thought was really nice to Jacob. How many guys would be that nice to someone trying to steal their girlfriend, vampire or not?

I loved Eclipse, out of the three or me it was defintly the best one. I really don't get why people said Jacob runined the book, he has a very good reason to act the way he did. Bella seemed a little odd in this one , I found myself not liking her as much , it seemed so selfish for her to treat jacob they way she did. I feel so bad for him , and I hope he finds someone that he loves just as much as Bella ;D, One of my friends thinks Leah and Jacob will get together , i dont think id like that though. Edward was so great in this book , he was so patient and forgiving with Bella and Jacob , its a little strange though, surely he must have some flaws?

Bella did lead Jacob on really bad. I don't think he would have been so bad, if she didn't act that way.
I read that Stephine said the Jacob didn't imprint on Bella, so if she did pick him and he found someone to imprint on what would happen to Bella?
But if Leah and Jacob got together, I would be so mad. She mad me so mad the way she acted toward him at the end.

I supose if Bella and Jacob did get together and Jacob imprinted on somebody else he would leave her, he'd have no choice. I actually think Jacob and Alice would be a good pairing, even though they are enimies and Alice is with Jasper

I never thought of that pairing before.
But they would be cute together, there could be a few problems , but still cute.
Both their personalities are pretty close.

I love Jacob even more for this book, he did the right thing with Bella, even if he had to force himself on her. She now knows that she has another choice, but think about it Jacob and Bella can't be together like that because Jacob will eventually imprint on somebody, and it won't be Bella. What if she is pregnant in the future ( If she did choose Jacob ) and Jacob met somebody else? Anyway. I loved the plot, and When Edward changes his mind about Jacob, it is so sweet, and that totally shows his love for Bella. About the imprinting thing, I analyzed it more, and then I thought, what if Jacob did imprint on Bella, but he was already in love with her, so his thoughts of her didn't change.
But then I was reading a FAQ and Mrs. Meyer said that didn't happen.

I thought Jacob imprinted on Bella to, until I read the FAQ. So I was surprise on how it ended, with him running away.
The one thing that surprise me was when Quil imprinted on the two year old.

That was a surprise to me too. I couldn't believe that happened. I was laughing so hard, after I re-read it.

After getting over the shock, I was laughing to. At first I thought it was a joke.

But think about how cool that will be, or would it be freaky?

I know, at first he is your brother, than a friend, and then boyfriend, etc..
Its sweet in that weird way.

But wouldn't it be like dating your Uncle?
